My points of view and experiences can only go so far. Properly targeted guest posts are a wonderful way for me to share additional points of view with my readers and for authors to gain a little exposure for their own website, product or service.

There are some guidelines and suggestions for guest posts – please consider them carefully before submitting your article.

Topic – Guest posts should be related to relationships and dating. Please try to stick as closely to the topics, especially for guest posts.

Exclusivity – I request all guest posts be unique content and not an article you have previously posted elsewhere. Once the article is live on Date1411.com, you are welcome to repost on your own blog with a credit stating the post was originally written for Date1411.com and provide a link to your Date1411.com post. I ask that you allow at least 1 full week before reposting.

Byline – Date1411.com readers will want to know about the person who wrote the post. Please provide a byline at the end of your post. Use this space to describe who you are, what you do, what products you sell, whatever you feel is interesting enough to share. You may include up to two links in your byline and keep your byline to one short paragraph.

Links – In addition to your two byline links, you may include up to two additional links in the body of your article. They must link to good quality, relevant sites.

Additional Stuff

Editing – I do reserve the right to make minor edits to your post. If major edits are required I will notify you, send it back for you to make necessary changes.

Images – If you would like an image included, include the link. I will download and host the image on my server. Posts should be as long as what is needed to get your point across but no less than 300 words.

Follow-up – Guest authors are asked to respond to questions or comments left on their guest post, if a response is warranted. You will want to subscribe to the post so you know when comments are left.

Additionally, I recommend you bookmark your post and publicize your guest post via social media sites you frequent such as Twitter, Reddit, StumbleUpon, Facebook, etc. We will offer the same support to ensure the best possible success for your post.

Be sure to include a suggested title and your byline!

Don’t worry about formatting, I will take care of that for you.

I will acknowledge your submission and provide feedback. If your submission meets our guidelines, it will be published within one week of submission.

Once it is published I will contact you with your link and ask that you check for comments and respond to them accordingly.
